Joshua D. McMillon, DC- Clinic Director and CEO
Dr. Josh McMillon has a passion for serving. Helping someone turn from a direction that will lead to sickness and death, to a life full of hope and vitality is the reason he gets up in the morning. He wants to help as many people as he can. He believes in a whole body approach to health care using conservative treatment. His strategy is to support the body and educate the mind so a person can resist disease, heal, and function at their best. Not just survive, but THRIVE.
In his own words:
“Why I do what I do is simple. God has called me to serve His children. I want to leave a legacy of service to my kids and to the people in my corner of this temporary world I live in. I am here for a short period of time, but if I can ‘teach a man to fish’, he can ‘eat for the rest of his life’. I love what I do and I love the people.”
Dr. McMillon really enjoys giving health lectures at local businesses. He has been invited as a guest speaker to many types of venues including the Womens Empowerment Event in Raleigh NC. His background in Human Resources and employee training serve to enhance the effectiveness of his presentations.
Dr. McMillon earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Oregon and a B.S. from Pepperdine University. In addition, he has further training in sports injuries, and nutrition.
Dr. McMillon lives in North Raleigh with his wife, Elisabeth, and his two children Ellie and Jonah. He enjoys being involved in his church, being active, playing sports, camping, fishing, and hunting.
